Managing Director – Partnership Business
Jaco is a Chartered Accountant and prior to the establishment of Correlation, was a director of the alternative risk transfer consultancy within the Hollard Group. Jaco is responsible for the partnership business and also for group finance and balance sheet management.
Arthur Goldberg
Managing Director – Direct Business
Arthur is a Chartered Accountant and was previously the managing director of Quaestor Capital Limited, a private equity investor. In addition to risk management and operations he is focused on developing i-cover, the group’s direct to consumer business.
Iain Bird
Insolvency Products
Iain is a graduate and member of the Institute of Credit Management and was previously a risk manager for Coface UK. Iain is an experienced underwriter of insolvency products.
Alex Lugt
Motor Products
Alex is an honors graduate and a qualified Chartered Accountant. He previously worked for an underwriting agency based in the City of London. Alex is responsible for our motor products division.
Michael Thorpe
Life and Health Products
Michael is a qualified actuary, with experience in the pricing and development of life and short term insurance products. Prior to joining Correlation, Michael worked for the Hollard Insurance Group in South Africa. He is involved in risk analysis and the development of new products and partnerships.
Sean Steyn
Group Finance
Sean is a Chartered Accountant with an honours degree in Finance. He previously worked as a manager in the consulting division at Deloitte Financial Services in Johannesburg.
